SkyLine Cancellation Policy please read carefully!!

"If you need to cancel your appointment please provide us with a MINIMUM 24 hours' notice of the cancelation by calling the salon DIRECTLY for us to issue a refund for a prepaid service; if you do not notify us within the time frame noted above or if you do not show up for your appointment on the scheduled date/time, we reserve the right to charge you a $35.00 cancellation/no-show fee. For work that was performed by another salon, we will require 50% of the service paid in cash before the appointment date. If there was something wrong with the service after your visit please call the salon right away so that we can try to work with you. Please remember there is a 24hr cancellation.

While we do our best to work with you to achieve your desired outcome, we do not offer refunds on services performed at the business."
